Since more than 25 years, of which 22 years as self-employed lawyer and entrepreneur, I am accompanying and counseling private persons and companies on a national and international level in the fields of contract, commercial and company law, including transactions, mergers and acquisitions and supporting them as a board member. After having been an alpine ski racer in the Swiss University Ski Team and still being a fond member of the Swiss Academic Skiclub (SAS). I am involved with the professional sports world as an arbitrator at the Court of Arbitration for Sport and I was part of the ad hoc arbitral tribunal at the Olympic Winter Games 2018 Pyoeng Chang.
